Sorry if this comment sounds impertinent. It's just hitting the red X and clicking "yes", after all. Perhaps someone else can confirm that this is not just a problem for Gnevin? - M ETS501 ( talk) 21:32, 9 February 2007 (UTC) Is this really a bug? It seems like this "bug" can be fixed by shutting down AWB before you shut down your computer. Sorry, I can't confirm this one since I'm not running XP (I'm running Vista). just go to shut down and let windows close them ,now AWB always hangs when i do this and it doesnt even do like other programs and automatically end process after 10 seconds it just stops the entire shut down process till I click end now. Thanks again, Firsfron of Ronchester 00:21, 9 February 2007 (UTC)ĪWB hangings XP shut down ( Gnevin 13:13, 9 February 2007 (UTC))ĭont close programs manually before turning off pc. I also use CatScan, and that tool was out of order for six months. I'm just glad it was an apparently easy fix. Thanks for the fix! :) Firsfron of Ronchester 00:12, 9 February 2007 (UTC) I would release a new version for a bug that big, but I can't (only MaxSem can, since he's a project admin and I'm only a developer). I don't understand the SVN page, so I guess I'll haveta wait for the next release. You can download the SVN version now if you're really desperate :-) (see Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser#Getting_the_sources) - Mets501 ( talk) 23:56, 8 February 2007 (UTC) That quick? Wow. Google apparently changed the HTML of their search page a tiny bit, but I've fixed it. Firsfron of Ronchester 23:14, 8 February 2007 (UTC) If this can somehow be fixed, that would be awesome. Google Search was very useful for finding articles with incorrect spelling and punctuation, and fixing each instance in a matter of seconds. As a test, I even tried "the", with no results.
